Jamie Styron recently worked as a full-time Paramedic with Currituck County Fire/EMS for nearly 10 years where she began her career in EMS as a Volunteer EMT.
Jamie also worked for Sentara Medical Transport, Corolla EMS, and Chesapeake Fire Department.
While completing the Paramedic program at Tidewater Community College, she began proctoring for the EMT program and later assisted with the ALS program. Most recently, Jamie worked as an ACT/Paramedic in the Emergency Department at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. She is an active member of the NC State Medical Assistance Team and has completed numerous medical mission trips to Haiti.
