SideWalk Chalk “Grateful” Message Left For The VA Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad

Posted by & filed under Local and Regional Events.

The VA Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad is one of ten volunteer squads serving the City of Virginia Beach.

The Beach volunteers operate out of 2 stations. Rescue Station 8 and Rescue Station 14.

The volunteer station located at 1243 Bayne Drive known in the public safety arena as Rescue Station 8 is located next door to the Great Neck Library, right down the street from Lynnhaven Middle School and across the street from public tennis courts.

Friday morning, the volunteer EMTs and Medics upon ending their shift, walked out the door to get into their cars, they came upon a heart warming message written in chalk on the sidewalk.

To the community, thank you for your support and the heart warming message.

Stay safe and stay strong.
